Ms. Jeon - GPA

Hello GPA! I’m Ms. Jeon, and I am pleased to be a part of our vibrant community as a teacher of English Literature, Literacy, and Drama. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I have devoted the majority of my career to both studying and teaching English, which are lifelong passions of mine. Some of my favourite authors include David Chariandy, Jane Austen, Shakespeare, and bell hooks!

Through language arts education, I strongly believe that we cultivate not only our critical thinking skills but also a sense of empathy and compassion, and a deeper understanding of the world around us. I hope to nurture a love for learning within my students, and empower them to be exceptional academics of literature and outstanding citizens of the world.
